Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs and Processing Times
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $100 AUD. Unfortunately we only ship within Australia at present.
​To all our other international customers expressing interest in ordering Naba Essence products, thank you for your patience. We are working on an affordable international shipping option.

We try our best to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Orders are usually packed at 12pm AEST, so morning orders will often be sent out on the same day.
We do not dispatch orders between December 20 and January 10 each year due to the Christmas holidays and delays around this period may occur.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at info@nabaessence.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
